Welcome to School Sports!

Our students learn much more than physical skills through their participation in sports. The collaborative experience of pursuing and attaining a common goal in sports, combined with interschool competition is unique. We are proud of our winning tradition.

Through this experience, our students can develop courage as they take risks, strength while displaying finesse, competitive intensity while exhibiting excellent sportsmanship, mental endurance and, as well as sports performance.

College Sports Facilities

The Islamic College of Melbourne’s proud tradition of sports is reflected in the beauty and function of its campus facilities.
A gymnasium with full-size basketball, netball and volleyball facilities.
Indoor rock climbing wall, weights/ fitness room, outdoor basketball court, artificial hockey field and outdoor soccer fields.

Health & Physical Education Staff

Islamic college of Melbourne has Sports and PE staff offering a strong background in health education, health promotion and wellness. Our staff has an enduring passion for continuous education and has intentionally engaged in various work experiences for a well-rounded scope on health and sports education. Our staff’s primary interests include nutrition and biomechanics, with a concentrated focus on improving performance through sports.
