Whether you are enrolling in Primary School, Secondary School or the ILEAD Diploma, our Enrolments Team is here to make the process as straightforward as possible. This page provides information about current application periods, eligibility requirements, key enrolment dates and each stage of the enrolment process.

Our Enrolment Process

Explore the College

Start by booking a College tour or exploring our website. Learn about our facilities, Primary and Secondary learning programs, and senior pathways to determine the best fit for your child.

Apply or Express Interest

Submit an enrolment application or Expression of Interest for your child's year level or program. Our Enrolments Team will review your submission and advise you of the next stage.

Assessment & Offer

Where applicable, applicants may be invited to attend Foundation Testing, student testing or an interview. These assessments help ensure each student is placed in the most appropriate learning environment.

Confirm Your Enrolment

Successful applicants receive a formal offer of enrolment. Once you accept the offer and complete the required documentation, your child's place at Islamic College of Melbourne is confirmed.

To ensure your application can be assessed, all enrolment forms must be completed in full and submitted with the required supporting documentation. Incomplete applications cannot be processed.

As places at the College are limited, submitting an application and completing any required assessment or placement process does not guarantee an offer of enrolment.

Islamic College of Melbourne reserves the right to decline any application for enrolment and is not obliged to provide reasons for its decision.
